**List of steps to reproduce**: * Open https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia. * Compare the size of the section editing icons (pencils) of the various headings on the page. * Compare with normal section editing icons on random pages without level 0 headings. **What happens?**: The editing icons for level 1 headings are oversized whenever level 0 headings are present on the page, which makes the titles very hard to read on small screens. **What should have happened instead?**: The size of the editing icons should remain the same. I have tested this also with Minerva; there both level 0 and level 1 headings get the oversized icons.
