The issue that was reported and fixed in {T324460} is present on mobile.
**Steps to reproduce: **
1. On `enwiki betalabs` mobile Special:Search page with `&quickViewEnableMobile=1` search for `Alexander's kusimanse`
2. Open the QuickView for `Alexander's kusimanse` - [[ https://en.m.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?search=0%2C%289%29&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&ns0=1&quickViewEnableMobile=1&quickView=Alexander%27s+kusimanse
| QuickView for Alexander's kusimanse ]]
The Console displays two errors:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'nextSibling')
```
(another example) - search for `Geoffroy's cat` and open the QuickView: [[ https://en.m.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?search=Geoffroy%27s+cat&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&ns0=1&quickViewEnableMobile=1&quickView=Geoffroy%27s+cat | QuickView for Geoffroy's cat ]].
3. After attempting to open a SearchPreview for an article with an apostrophe in the title (which won't open), all other attempts to open others articles' search previews will fail too.
The Console displays:
- on clicking on the arrow to try to open PreviewSearch (the arrow is displayed as open): `TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'nextSibling')`
- then, clicking on the arrow to close: `TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'emitsOptions')`
