We should provide a notice when users sign in to the CopyPatrol tool for the first time (via OAuth), saying that the tool is set up to credit users for their reviews, and that the information will be posted publicly and retained indefinitely. That way, if someone would not want to be associated with their reviews, they could choose not to use the tool. This should be shown in a modal dialog immediately afterward the user completes logging in. It should ideally only be shown to each user once (this may require setting a cookie).
