There are char couples in the special char insertor, like «», which are added around selected text (if present, both in cursor place if no content was selected). The current behaviour is to place the cursor //after// the inserted content, like this: « content »| I’m not sure what it should do if content is present, but if not content was selected, the expected behaviour is to have the cursor inside the two quotes, this way: « | »
