**Acceptance Criteria:** * Implement changes that are required so that event registration tool and other features of the CampaignEvents extension can be used on more than one wiki

As an event organizer who is using Event Registration, I want to be able to access certain features globally (when available), such as Special:MyEvents, and for those features that cannot be accessed globally, I want to be redirected to the page where I can access them. **Background:** We are planning to enable the CampaignEvents extension on more wikis. In order to do this, we need to first ensure that certain global features (such as Special:MyEvents) can have the proper redirects when needed (such as when an organizer needs to edit or delete event information, which will need to be done locally on the wiki of the event). This ticket is the epic for this work.
