We would like to email all recently active library users notifying them that two new project pages have been posted, detailing our work over the next two quarters, and inviting them to participate. The best way to do this would be directly from Library Card, like we did for our authentication-based access rollout (T236287).
**User criteria:** The email should be sent to all users who have at least 1 authorization and have a previous login date within the past 60 days.
**Email subject:** The Wikipedia Library: We need your feedback on search tools and design improvements!

> Hello!

> You’re receiving this email because you’ve used the Library Card platform recently and we’d like to invite you to provide your thoughts and feedback on changes coming in the next 3-6 months. We’re working on two projects - user interface and experience improvements, and integrating a cross-publisher search tool - and we would love to get your input.
