Currently, MediaWiki importImages.php encounters a limit of 2^32 bytes (4294967296, a little more than 4.29 GB). This limit is independent of the `$wgMaxUploadSize` limit. According @Bawolff, could be `FileBackend::maxFileSizeInternal()`.

More and more, we're going to encounter requests to store very large videos in lossless format. Those videos will be huge, we already received requests for 16 Gb and 18 Gb files from @goryeo. Current Wikimedia infrastructure uses swift as a storage backend, but without support for large object. MediaWiki isn't equipped either to send large objects to swift, as there is a need to divide the file in several parts < 5 Gb each.
