ORES now supports topic prediction (`articletopic`). Topic prediction is different than class prediction and potential issue prediction. Currently other tools are used to do this, such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:SDZeroBot/NPP_sorting, which I believe uses the exact same ORES model but is not integrated into PageTriage. This ticket is to integrate `articletopic` into PageTriage, in both the Special:NewPagesFeed filters menu, and the Page Curation toolbar "Page info" flyout.
