Change Details

DAG that is responsible for `hourlys` service (right now called `diffs`) needs to be updated to work with the new `hourlys.proto` file so that we can make sure that Realtime Batch service is working properly. **Acceptance criteria** DAG called `diffs` was renamed to `hourlys` and updated to work with new proto file. **To-Do** [ ] rename `diffs` DAG to `hourlys` [ ] make sure the DAG works with `hourlys.proto` file instead of `diffs.proto`
