Let's collect here a list of topics for elevator pitches for our first intro meeting with Victoria on **November 16**. I'd like to keep this list manageable and focused on big, annual-plan themes (as opposed to one-off projects). As @halfak suggested, I too would like presentations to take at most the first half of the meeting, so we can leave ample time for Q&A. Here's my take on topics (borrowing from my [[ https://dx.doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.4029036.v2 | ccbwiki talk ]]), feel free to hack it or modify it. Please add your suggestions by **Tuesday noon PT**.

Q: do we want to invite our fellahs for the special edition or is it going to be too much?
