This is already enabled for Wikipedias. Wikimedia Commons is technically not a Wikipedia, but for interwiki purposes it behaves like a Wikipedia – any in-source interwiki links like `[[no:Something]]` will link to Wikipedia (and not, say Wiktionary, Wikiquote or any other sister projects). The same goes with interwiki links from Wikidata. no.wikipedia is special in that it is the only `no` Wikimedia project which is Bokmål-only – all other `no` projects allow both Nynorsk (`nn`) and Bokmål (`nb`), thus the code (`no`) and display name ("Norsk") are correct for them. However, the Wikipedia should be listed as "Norsk bokmål" in order to distinguish it from the Norwegian Nynorsk Wikipedia (nn.wikipedia.org).
