Let a page on a client wiki add [[[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Creator_templates_with_Wikidata_link:_item_missing_linkback | c:Category:Creator templates with Wikidata link: item missing linkback ]] track Commons creator pages that have a link to Wikidata|a tracking category]] if the linked item is missing a P1472 statement.
Then, when a P1472 is added to the item, the page should be re-renders, but it is not - it still shows the category.
When purging the page, but wikidata does not have `P373` property linking back.it is re-rendered, When `P373` property is added toand no longer shows the item on Wikidata, category; the page itself no longer shows the category;however, howeverthe category willpage still showlists the page.
Expected behavior: after the P1472 statement is added to the page.wikidata item, Null edit to the page triggers proper refresh of the category.
For a while I though that was more of a feature and not a bug. However when I discussed it with Thiemo Mättig last weekendthe page on the client wiki should be re-rendered, and should no longer be listed on the category page.
Hypothesis: The RefreshLinksJob scheduled by PageUpdater ends up using a cached ParserOutput, he thought that category pages should have been refreshedinstead of re-parsing the page.
