Change Details

Currently, we don't use LVS in the beta-cluster (like we do in production), primarily because productions LVS-DR (Direct Routing) doesn't work easily (or at all) with our virtualization. We could probably fix this by making just the DR part conditional on prod-vs-beta and bring the two configurations into closer alignment for testing/validation purposes while reducing overall conditionals in this stuff at the puppet layer.
