NOTE: blocked by T299885 Once we are successfully collecting rejections-of-image-suggestions, we need to incorporate the rejections into our suggestion-generation code so as not to suggest images we know are not suitable The code for gathering suggestions https://github.com/cormacparle/commons_wikidata_links/blob/main/gather_data.ipynb will need to be modified to query Cassandra (or the new image-suggestions API interface to the Cassandra data store), and to exclude suggestions we know are not good ones
