Hi there, This is an URGENT request to unblock our IP address and allow for a temporary lift of IP cap for an event taking place next week. We are organizing a Wiki Edit-a-thon **next Thursday, March 21, from 12:00PM-5:00PM (Jonquière time, UTC−05:00)** I would like to require a temporary lift of IP cap for the following IP address : **206.167.136.0/24**. This IP address has been blocked since yesterday as the students were attempting to create their Wikipedia accounts in class, prior to next week's event.
