When a user requests a password reset, he/she receives an e-mail with the subject given by [[MediaWiki:Passwordreset-emailtitle]]. However, this text is in the //content language of the wiki//, not in the preferred UI language of the user (unlike the body of the e-mail, [[MediaWiki:Passwordreset-emailtext-user]]).
