As a Wikidata editor I want to ensure that people add sitelinks for new articles they create to the corresponding Item on Wikidata in order to ensure that they are connected to the rest of the Wikimedia projects.
**Problem:**
We have a lot of newly created articles that do not get connected to an Item on Wikidata. This leads to for example sitelinks to other language articles not being shown. In addition it leads to people running bots to create empty Items for these new articles, which then need to be merged with existing Items.
We should make it easy for the article creator to select the Item their article is about.
