When editing with the visual editor a `<blockquote>` having multiple paragraphs the chcracters ↵appear. I don't know whether this is the desired behavior **Steps to reproduce the bug:** - Visit a random page of https://test2.wikipedia.org/ and save the content ``` <blockquote>Paragraph1 Paragraph2 Paragraph3</blockquote> ``` - Open the page with the visual editor. **The result:** Characters ↵ appear: {F3058570}
