####Background
The preview step's goal is to show the user what they are about to publish. When adding an image to an article that does not have one, the app automatically uses the new image as the header image in the app. Our current preview step does not include the header image, article title, and article description, so users would not be aware that the new image they are using will be used in this way.
Adding this functionality may improve the experience of using the "Add an image" suggested edit, as users would be able to more accurately see how the image will be represented in the article (matching the designs), and would not have to scroll to view the image in the article.
