This group name may or may not have made sense in the past, but right now it does not describe what the users get access to at all. It seems to mostly be a subset of deployment - they get to login to terbium to run MW maintenance scripts, use the databases, host their people.wm.o files, and login to fluorine to look at logs etc. (but not actually deploy anything) But also they get erbium (which is also a great name considering we also have ytterbium and terbium) access, and I'm not exactly sure what that grants (some subset of webrequest logs?).
