NOTE: Figma designs show the end state of the MVP release. This task only covers adding a Community Configurable image to the module.
####Acceptance Criteria:
**Mobile and desktop UI for the Community Updates module on the Newcomer Homepage:**
[] An image is displayed within the module, within the size constraints specified by designs.
[] When an image is not added via Community Configuration, then a [[ https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8b/Wikimedia_Community_Logo-WO%C5%9AP.svg | placeholder image ]] is displayed.
**Community updates Configuration form: **
[] Add a new`Image` Field.
- Validation: should be a valid Commons image URL
- Image image is unavailable for any reason, the placeholder image displays.
[] Add an explanation for the Image field: `Choose an appropriate image that relates to the event or initiative you want to highlight, e.g. a logo. The image has to be selected from Commons and the link pasted below.`
