When we create fishbowl and private wikis like T192726, we create accounts for users. Fine, but then we have to run "resetUserEmail" to set an email, or do magic via eval.php It'd be much easier if we can just do it in one step... We shouldn't need to set a password, and if we could get it to send a password reset email in one go too... `mwscript createAndPromote.php --wiki=foowiki username email@domain.ext`
