As discussed in T354730#9509749 and [in Slack](https://wikimedia.slack.com/archives/C01R06P8D1B/p1706704546420089), after creating a temporary account, we need to redirect the user to a central login wiki, as controlled by the `TempUserCreatedRedirect` hook (implemented by CentralAuth).
This needs to be done:
