### Expected behavior Navigating to https://api.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:AppManagement always shows existing clients and allows you to create clients ### Observed behavior Sometimes (particularly in the mornings) the app management page appears blank, not showing existing clients, and gives me an error when I try to create clients. Hard refreshing doesn't help, and it eventually fixes itself. I'm opening this task to track occurrences to this issue.
