As a Wikimedian, I want to be able to see a list of all events with event registration, so that I can learn about upcoming events that may interest me or peruse past events to see what organizing activity has been going on in the movement.
**Potential Criteria:**
As a starting point, we should see a list of all events that use event registration, which shows upcoming and active events by default. However, there should be a way to see closed events, if the user wants to see them. We can use the MyEvents page as a basic template/starting point.
This can be a special page, perhaps called Special:Events or Special:AllEvents.
* Note: AllEvents may not be accurate, since it is only all events with event registration, but I don't know if Special:Events is too general.
Information that should ideally be visible in a table of events include:
* Event name
** Note: It may be better if the event name links to event page rather than EventDetails, since event list is for general usage rather than management of the event done by organizers
* Event date & time
* Event type (online, in person, both)
* We can keep the number of participants column from MyEvents, but we may want to replace it with more useful information, such as the usernames of the organizers (or at least the event creator), or event topics or event location (when available)
* For later: Event topic(s) (we can potentially start with the topics from the Newcomer Homepage)
* For later: Event location (may not be great right now, since we don't have geocoding support) -> perhaps for later
