Change Details

As per a request on the [extension's talk page](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:SmiteSpam), > Perhaps it is nice to have the "Smite Spam" button also show up at the bottom of the special page. After one has worked her or his way through the suggested pages you have to return to the top of the page to get things going. This is a very reasonable thing to do. Will require changes in the JS file of the extension.
