I'm not too familiar with how docker dev and slim images should stay in sync, but it looks like currently there are no matching versions between the two.
nodejs10-slim:0.0.2 - 0.0.4 run node v10.15.2
nodejs10-devel:0.0.3 - 0.0.2 run node v10.16.0
This doesn't seem like it would cause problems since they are both minor versions, but some projects (e.g. Vector, WVUI) use the npm module `nvm` to pin a specific node version that should be used in the project. When setting up these projects in PipelinLib, it would be helpful to have a slim and devel image that ran the same version of node for consistency in test and production pipelines.
This came about from https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/wvui/+/634070 where I was getting confused between which versions of node I was supposed to be using, realizing they differed between images!
