Change Details

[[ https://graphite.wikimedia.org/ | graphite.wikimedia.org ]] requires a WMF account, while [[ https://grafana.wikimedia.org/ | grafana.wikimedia.org ]] is completely open and exposes the exact same set of metrics. Either the restriction is not really needed in which case we should make graphite accessible as well, or grafana should be locked down in a similar way. (Or the restriction on graphite is for some nontrivial reason in which case it should be documented on [[ https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Graphite.wikimedia.org | its wikitech page ]].)
