`getFileUrl()` appends //gitHubUrl// / //repoName// / //branchName// to `$gitHubUrl`. If `$gitHubUrl` was a formatting string then it could be generalized to other repository URLs, e.g. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/MW/browse/REL1_25/docs/skin.txt
