As the Product Platform team builds the patch so that EntitySchemas can be returned as as `wikibase-entityid` through the Action API, we must also continue to make changes on the EntitySchema side. This includes: * Making changes to EntitySchema to make use of the new mechanism * Fixing bugs * Enabling Action API functionality * Enabling LUA functionality
