This is a way to identify which language voters would actually prefer, rather than guessing from which wiki's banner they clicked on or what their language preferences on Meta are. Options include: * a menu on the jump page for voters to choose their language when they click through, preferably with a default set to whatever language's banner they came from. * a menu on the votewiki election page. In any case, if the custom translation system remains as it is, the choice should be saved in the DB with the rest of the voter properties.
