The Movement Strategy Forum, forum.movement-strategy.org blocks participation for a majority of our user accounts. OAuth gives the following error message: //Please verify your Wikimedia email. // Wikimedia policy explicitly assures the right to create accounts without email. It is obviously impossible to verify an empty email field. I don't have a link handy, but I recall seeing statistics somewhere on Phab that a majority of users don't have verified email on their account.
