Central Bikol is currently supported by an OpusMT instance. Now that MinT is available and capable of running multiple models (including OpusMT with support for Central Bikol), this ticket proposes to enable support for Central Bikol in MinT. [MinT configuration](https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/GCXS/browse/master/config/MinT.yaml) has to be extended to include the en-bcl pair: ``` en: - bcl ```
