server: protactinium eqiad row A3 please finish the decom'ing of this server i have done all steps on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Server_Lifecycle#Reclaim_or_Decommission up to the "end steps" in T123720 server is already shutdown and removed from puppet/monitoring/etc. public IP has been removed, mgmt has been kept in DNS please do the remaning things, like spares page, decide on reclaim or not and physically take it out of the rack if it does not get reclaimed
