1. As a non-logged user on `arwiki` on a random article page click on'Create account' on `arwiki`- the page with Welcome survey will be displayed. 2. Click on any option on Special:WelcomeSurvey page ('Skip survey', a username link or select any answers) - a user will be re-directed to Special:UserLogin and is **logged out**

After discussing this issue, we decided to use more correct hooks for issuing the redirect to Special:WelcomeSurvey. That may not solve the problem noted here, but it might help. We won't know until it's in production, unfortunately. --- Original report: 1.
