Reported in Chrome/Windows 7 (see original note at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VisualEditor/Feedback/Archive_2015_1#Minor_quips): When he pastes text into an article (e.g., with his cursor in the middle of his screen), the page scrolls down, so that the newly pasted text appears at the bottom of the screen. The page shouldn't scroll at all when pasting a few words into the middle of the screen.
