Change Details

After 6.7.3 is out in the App Store, we need to turn on the Article as a Living Document experiment and survey prompt via the wikifeeds announcement endpoint. For reference we originally turned it on for beta test users as a part of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T266274. We need to update the `startTime` and `endTime` and change the `percent_receiving_experiment` to (number TBD, anywhere from 0-100) so that half of users see the experiment. Also: While we're in here I think we need to adjust `The Boys (2019 TV Series)` wording slightly. The cache warmup didn't pick it up unless we changed it to `The Boys (2019 TV series)` (lowercase 's'). We should also adjust `Karen (slang)` to `Karen (pejorative)`. Warmup failed on that too.
