If a warning occurs after the file has been uploaded and you choose to ignore the warnings it is reuploading the file again. Maybe it's possible to use the filekey or so to finish the file with ignoring the warning. If that works we might want to have some way to continue/finish the upload after an error occurs. Continuing a file upload might be dangerous as it could introduce file inconsistencies.
