Statement usage tracking is enabled everywhere except commonsOn Commons (and some other wikis), hywiki,we're still tracking Statements as part of the "Other" usage aspect. cebwikiWe may want to consider changing that.

* [ ] get an idea about what impact this would have in terms of database usage
* [ ] get the ok from the DBAs
* [ ] enable Statement group usage tracking on Commons (and those other wikis)
