**Current Situation:**
WMDE in-house teams work on wikibase core on a daily basis. This obviously means merging breaking changes every now and then. We don't want to block their flow to be consulted or even notified about these. For our users, however, it would be grand if we know about those breaking changes to be able to communicate them.
**Goal:**
- we want to find a very straight forward (TM) and trivial way for the wbsuite team to get a grip on the breaking changes that have been merged in wb. This needs to be also very straight forward and trivial for the rest of the teams involved.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
[] the breaking changes merged into wikibase by wmde in-house teams are recorded in away that the wbsuite team can include them in their release communication
