We would like to create a prototype that can be tested by browsing a public URL, so users can test the prototype and give feedback.
As a user I would like to be able to see terms in more languages than the current UI language.
Therefore I would like to have have a toggle button 'In other languages' below that allows to show other languages.

When I click the toggle button 'In other languages' it should expand showing me:
- The terms for label, description and aliases for languages that are 'useful for the user' (browser accept header languages + ULS geo ip/fallback languages)
- The toolbar for configuring the shown languages ('show me more languages') and filter terms

When I click the toggle button 'In other languages' again it should collapse.

When I open the toolbar I see two tabs 'remember selected languages' (selected) and a filter Icon.
Above I see the selected languages.
In the tab contents I see a list of all available languages (for the current Item) with checkboxes.
The already shown languages are already selected in that list.

I also see an input field allowing me to filter the shown languages in the list.
When I enters something in the filter input the list of languages are filtered only containing the languages that match the give filter.

When I select or deselect a checkbox the regarding language is updated in the list above.

and the toolbar closes showing me the terms of the languages I have selected.
