Description

Since two days, we have various problems on fr.wikiversity site at least using Firefox browser :

Edition are recorded but not visible.>~~ (Just a mistake from mine,editing just before my signature but looking for my edit in the begining of the paragraph... Sory I'm some time very inatentive... So in the end nothing to do with a technical problem)
Research bare auto-complete broken.>~~(work fine now with Firefox 40.0.3 + vector, thks !)
Inaccessible page : https://fr.wikiversity.org/wiki/Projet:Wikiversit%C3%A9/Cr%C3%A9ation_d%27une_biblioth%C3%A8que_Wikiversitaire~~ (caused by patch from T106793, fixed by reverting it)
Basic edit menu some time disappear or incomplete>~~(work fine now with Firefox 40.0.3 + vector, thks !)

Can't repro one of the point: I can access https://fr.wikiversity.org/wiki/Projet:Wikiversit%C3%A9/Cr%C3%A9ation_d%27une_biblioth%C3%A8que_Wikiversitaire (Chrome 44)

Can repro one of them: typeahead search box doesn't seem to work indeed.

What does "*Edition are recorded but not visible." refer to?

Search suggestions work if you add debug=true to the URL

For me to right now. Maybe fixed by an other one ? Is that all problem comes from the recent updater of MediaWiki ?

Personally I've encountered all these bugs on the French Wiktionary too, in Monobook with the last Firefox. But I never had the time to edit without any gadget to complete my tests.

We now have each component of the issue tracked, except the search bar thing.

You already did. It's T112110: Various resources reported to load intermittently (due to Avast antivirus program?). The styling is completely wrong, but the search results do appear on the page.

The patch from T106793: Pages with single quote in title are inaccessible by some clients (redirect loop), which accidentally broke viewing pages with a single quote (apostrophe) in their titles in some Firefox versions, is reverted now. I'm removing it from blockers. Note that this probably does nothing for any inaccessible pages without apostrophes, if you see them.
