Legalpad creates an immutable, non-public record that can only be entered by the user that is logged in.

A signature on a wiki could be added, modified, or removed by anyone. IANAL, but I don't see how that would be acceptable.

Are you sure you need multiple projects?, a tag (yellow) project is a secondary tag that will already have other projects attached to the task and you can just just search based on both project tags.

I'm not the biggest fan of the strike though as it makes the text harder to read (probably worse than the grey, but that might be a personal preference, at least with formatting in the lounge).

WikiScan is a third party service not maintained or hosted by WMF, You will need to raise issues directly with the WikiScan team, It looks like User:Akeron runs (or potentially ran) the service based on what I could find.

Does this really need a user preference? (cf T54777: user_properties table bloat and others over time), Logouts in theory shouldn't be happening enough that having to click a verify button to logout should be a large issue.
