Description

Most ContentTranslation issues affect translators or editors of articles that were created as translations.

Some issues, however, affect people who don't belong to the above groups: people who are readers (anonymous or logged in), editors of other articles, etc., and who do have the feature enabled.

This is a tracker of such issues.
