When an OAuth-authenticated user reviews an item in the CopyPatrol interface on Tool Labs (T135881), we would like to credit them with performing the review. This will require us to store the username in a Tools Labs database for longer than 90 days. We need to get WMF Legal to approve this as it is related to the WMF data retention policy.
