I tried to create an owner package with Owners tool (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/owners/). However, when I try to edit paths, I get all repositories - that's all over 9000 of them - presented in one unsorted select box with no search. It is nearly impossible to find anything there.

I propose that the select box be changed to searchable select box - like "Tags" or "Subscribers" on task screen - or at the very least the list would be sorted by some human-comprehensible criteria.
