@tomasz Thank you for claiming this task. Would it be possible for you to do this today or tomorrow?
The coordinators are currently using private email, which is not ideal; I would prefer to be able to use a public mailing list.
I was going to create, but saw the task was claimed and didn't want to step on any toes! If it was an accidental claim, please reassign to me and I'll create the list.

I was planning to attend to your request this coming morning (ie. morning European time on 7 March), but if it's very urgent and you can't wait, then it's fine by me if Rob takes this task instead.
The list has now been created, and I configured it to have public archives, with everyone being able to subscribe to it freely.
You can configure the rest of the settings, including list description and a terse identifying phrase at the following web page:

Please list and describe your mailing list at the appropriate section of the mailing list overview page on Meta.
I just sent the admin password to the two e-mail addresses given above, and made them list administrators.
