The follow-up for T149467: Build user interface for the Highlight Tools and implement highlighting in the Edit Results List
On rollover, the highlight menu displays a tooltip (see T149385 for approved tooltip text).
Presently, no tooltips are displayed.

Added tooltip for the individual highlight menus.
I can't find the text for the general "Highlight results" menu, though. @jmatazzoni is there tooltip text for the general "highlight results" button or should it be without a tooltip?
The text in T149385: Approved interface text for RC page interface elements seems to only have the definition for the highlight menus on each filter.
