Due to some issues with the back button (T184742#3903317, in particular changes in functionality don't appear without user refreshing the page), for the time being, we will send the font switcher back to beta

We should decide whether this is acceptable. If not, balance whether the work to do this is less/greater than the additional work to find a fix for the refresh issue.
Per @Jdrewniak investigation in T185166 this is no longer necessary. Yay :)
