In preparation for undeploying the CodeReview extension, we need to archive the related code review data for historical purposes.

This task is for defining the high-level scope for any ensuing archiving project. It is not the intent of this task to prescribe how, but more so to define what needs to be considered. The desires is to get a sense of what effort will be involved in the archiving of the data.

Things to be considered:

• How archive is to be used/accessed
